Let's see if this works!

Well, as I was getting the menu ready for the week I thought, wouldn't it be nice to keep track of it all on a blog? So, here's my next project...Let's see if it works. Pardon my blogless experience with templates and such. I'd love to get that picture centered but I can't quite figure it out. If anyone knows feel free to tell me.
